The Institute for Educational Development, University of Brawijaya (LPP UB) held the second phase of the IHilead Leadership Training Implementation on July 25, 2023. This training was attended by 71 participants of Heads of Undergraduate Study Programs at Universitas Brawijaya, divided into 3 batches in parallel. The second phase of the training takes the topic of project of change where each participant discusses with their respective groups to work on a change project in a unit in higher education.
In his speech, the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Universitas Brawijaya, Prof. Dr. Ir. Imam Santoso, MP appreciates the support from the Erasmus+ consortium in organizing this training. In addition, he also reminds about the importance of this training which aims to strengthen the capacity to manage a study program within the University of Brawijaya.
This training activity was also attended to Dr. Rodrigo Rojas Martin (University of Granada, Spain) as a representative from the Erasmus+ consortium to conduct a mentoring visit related to organizing this training
This training will be followed by phase 3 (creating impact) training which is planned to be held in October 2023.
