The Leadership Management Development Program (LMDP) team of UAD conducted the Phase 1 Batch 2 training from 5th to 8th June 2023. This event is the realization of the Erasmus+ Indonesian Higher Education Leadership (iHiLead) program. On the first day, the topics were Higher Education Leadership Quality and Skills (HELQS) delivered by Dr. Farid Setiawan, M.Pd.I. (LMDP Internal Team) and Authentic Leadership delivered by Ghofar Ismail, M.A. Ahmad Muttaqin, Ph.D. For Batch 2, the participants came from UAD and members of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah Higher Educations.
The participants from UAD consist of the deans and vice deans from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Public Health, Faculty of Literature, Culture, and Communication, and Faculty of Islamic Studies.
Representatives of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah Higher Education consist of the leaders from Universitas Muhammadiyah Klaten, ITS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta, Universitas Siber Muhammadiyah, Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong, Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang, and Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo.
On the second day of Leadership Training of Management Development Program (LMDP) UAD granted by Erasmus+ Indonesian Higher Education Leadership (iHiLead), Dr. Punang Amari Puja, S.E., S.T., M.IT. (Leadership Training Teams of the Higher Education Research and Development Council (Diktilitbang) Muhammadiyah Central Executive (PP Muhammadiyah), and Rai Rake Setyawan, Ph.D. (LMDP Internal Team) presented a module on Managing Resources
After that, Moh. Mudzakkir, S.Sos., M.A., Ph.D. . (Leadership Training Teams of the Higher Education Research and Development Council (Diktilitbang) Muhammadiyah Central Executive (PP Muhammadiyah), and Dr. Hendro Widodo (LMDP Internal Team and Head of Human Resources Bureau of UAD) ) presented a module on Managing People.
On the third day of Leadership Training of Management Development Program (LMDP) UAD granted by Erasmus+ Indonesian Higher Education Leadership (iHiLead), two modules were discussed.
Firstly, Dr. Nurhadi. (Leadership Training Teams of the Higher Education Research and Development Council (Diktilitbang) Muhammadiyah Central Executive (PP Muhammadiyah), and Dr. Norma Sari, M.Hum. (Vice Rector of Human Resources) presented a module on Managing Change and Risk.
After that, Dr. Nurhadi (Leadership Training Teams of the Higher Education Research and Development Council (Diktilitbang) Muhammadiyah Central Executive (PP Muhammadiyah), Ulaya Ahdiani, M.Hum, and Nur Arina Hidayati, M.Pd. (LMDP UAD internal team) discussed the module on Managing Conflict.
On the last day of Leadership Training of Management Development Program (LMDP) UAD granted by Erasmus+ Indonesian Higher Education Leadership (iHiLead), two modules were discussed.
Firstly, Dr. Andi Dwi Bayu Bawono (Leadership Training Teams of the Higher Education Research and Development Council (Diktilitbang) Muhammadiyah Central Executive (PP Muhammadiyah), and Dr. Farid Setiawan, M.Pd.I. (LMDP Internal Team) presented a module on Action Learning Sets.
After that, Choirul Fajri, M.A. (LMDP Internal Team) detailed the HELQS and requested the participants to full fill the HELQS.
