Leadership Management Development Programme (LMDP) aims to build
Indonesian Higher Education leaders who are capable of delivering positive changes in their institutions. This programme will be piloted in early 2022 and afterwards it will be deployed throughout Indonesia. To ensure its success, training facilitators that are involved in the early deployment of the LMDP will attend a Train the Trainers workshops. The Train the Trainers workshop aims to prepare facilitators in delivering the training by providing them the opportunities to learn from experienced trainers as well as from each other.
