Perkumpulan Pendidikan Kepemimpinan Perguruan Tinggi (PEMIMPIN) is an association that is the output of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building program in the field of Higher Education with the program name “Indonesian Higher Education Leadership (iHiLEAD). This program is implemented by the University of Gloucestershire in the United Kingdom, the International School for Social and Business Studies in Slovenia, the University of Granada in Spain, along with seven universities in Indonesia (Indonesian Islamic University, Ahmad Dahlan University, Padjadjaran University, Semarang State University, Brawijaya, Presidential University and STIE Malangkucecwara) and the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.
This association aims to encourage changes in Indonesian tertiary institutions towards progress according to the aspirations and goals of education in Indonesia. LEADER aspires to develop knowledge, curriculum and technology for human resource quality development for university leaders and prospective leaders, organize college leadership self-development training, provide a forum for collaborative development of higher education leadership quality, disseminate and facilitate various research results and experiences of higher education leadership development to university residents and the public through university media, scientific media and mass media.
This association was confirmed by Deed of Notary M. Kamaludin Purnomo, SH by Deed number 08 dated 20 October 2022 and Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia number AHU-0011059.AH.01.07 of 2022.
